Delivery Times - As orders vary from small to large volumes, you will be notified of the expected lead time for delivery of your chocolates when you place your order. Depending on peak periods etc. this can be between normally 3 to 10 working days. All chocolates are delivered in appropriate packaging for the product, including in high temperatures, heat resistant packaging.
Returns Policy - Once Print Delicious has received the approval to print the personalised chocolates, no refund can be made. All goods leave our premises in perfect condition, refunds will be only made for goods damaged in transport. In such cases, the customer must contact Print Delicious immediately, to allow us to print replacement chocolates. Replacement chocolates will always be offered before a refund.
We shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, add or remove any terms or conditions of these Terms of Use without notice or liability to you. Any changes to these Terms of Use shall be effectively immediately following the posting of such changes on this website.
